What is an intent lead?
Someone whose recent life event usually means they need coverage: a new baby, a new car or a new home. Each lead is verified and shows the event and when it happened.
Do agents need training?
Barely. Agents see four things: their contacts, call / text / email, replies, and coaching. Day 1 of the course covers it in ten minutes.
What about consent and do not call?
Anyone flagged do not call is left out by default, the prospect form records consent, and anyone who replies STOP is opted out automatically.
